What is Anchor?
Anchor is an Android habit and routine app built around identity statements, cue → routine → reward, a morning/midday/evening Today view, personal triggers, and local-only data.
Is Anchor free?
Yes. Anchor is free to download and use. There are no in-app subscriptions in the current product.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no login. Preferences, habits, routines, and check-ins stay on your device.
Does Anchor work offline?
Yes for core habit and routine use. Optional local notifications and location-gated triggers may need device permissions, but your data is not synced to our servers.
What devices are supported?
Anchor is built for Android phones (portrait). It is not an iOS app at this time.
How do I export or wipe my data?
In Settings you can export a local JSON backup or wipe app data with a double confirmation.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@anchorroutine.online. Include your device model and Android version when reporting a bug.
Is this a medical or therapy app?
No. Anchor is a general personal utility. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
