End-User License Agreement

Agreement

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and ANCHOR LTD for the Anchor software. By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

License Grant

ANCHOR LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Android devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

License Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where permitted by law.
• Do not remove proprietary notices.
• Do not use the Software for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Do not use automated systems to abuse related services.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. ANCHOR LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software.

User Data

Anchor stores data locally on your device and does not require an account. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Subscription and cloud-account clauses do not apply because the App does not offer those features.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANCHOR LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. Your rights terminate if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, stop using and delete the Software.

Updates

ANCHOR LTD may provide updates. Continued use after EULA changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
